Constructed by Capinfo in 2001, Beijing internal cabled government network is operated and maintained by us. As a high-speed network composed of fiber-optic network, optical transport network and IP network, it fully supports e-government applications, information and resource sharing in Beijing. Creating basic network environment for safe, smooth and efficient operations of all business systems as well as data transfer, exchange and storage, it supports and facilitates interconnection, interoperation and resource sharing of business systems. With a full coverage of core authorities of Beijing Municipal Committee and Government, 16 districts of Beijing, Beijing municipal committees, offices and bureaus, this network has been accessible to more than 2,000 government authorities and organizations concerned in the fiscal budget in Beijing. More than 6,000 organizations have been connected to this network through internal district-level networks, over 30,000 organizations connected to the mobile government terminal via safe access platforms. In addition, this network has been accessible to 4,000 designated medical institutions and pharmacies.

Being reliable, credible and controllable with high speed and wide coverage, this cabled government network provides national organs, government authorities, public welfare organizations and enterprises improving people’s livelihoods with safe, reliable and controllable network and communication services. It has authorities and networks of different districts interconnected to avoid repeated construction, promote information/resource sharing, and create efficient networked environment for improving administrative efficiency.
