In the afternoon of January 11, 2022, the first plenary session of the fourth member representatives’ meeting was solemnly held by the Capinfo’s Trade Union. As Deputy Secretary of Capinfo’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, Zong Zhaoxing presided over the meeting, and 54 member representatives attended the meeting. Zhang Yiqian (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager), Yang Yongxin (Secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection and member of the Party Committee), Xia Xiaoqing (Deputy General Manager), Wang Liang, Du Xiaoling (Deputy General Manager) and senior managers of Capinfo attended the meeting.
The meeting started with a dignified national anthem. At the meeting, the participants listened to, reviewed and approved a work report titled Gather Forces for Struggle, Stimulate Accountability and Unite Staff to Create a New Pattern for High-quality Development of Capinfo in a New Era made by Mr. Zong Zhaoxing on behalf of the third committee of Capinfo’s Trade Union. In the report, the Trade Union’s main jobs and achievements in the past five years are fully summarized. In addition, the Trade Union’s main work objectives and fundamental tasks for the next five years are clarified. At the meeting, the Financial Work Report on the Third Committee of Capinfo’s Trade Union and the Work Report of the Funding Review Committee of the Third Committee of Capinfo’s Trade Union were reviewed and approved as well.
After election, the Fourth Committee of Capinfo’s Trade Union formed at the meeting. At the first meeting of the Fourth Committee convened thereafter, Ms Du Xiaoling was elected as Chairman of the Trade Union, while Mr. Wu Liangyu was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Trade Union. The Funding Review Committee and the Female Staff’s Committee were established for the Fourth Committee of Capinfo’s Trade Union through election at the meeting.
At the meeting, Zhang Yiqian, as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, expressed cordial congratulations to the elected members of the new Trade Union’s Committee, Funding Review Committee and Female Staff’s Committee on behalf of Capinfo. He also extended heartfelt gratitude to the members of the former Trade Union’s Committee and Funding Review Committee for their contributions. He highlighted that Trade Union was quite an integral and organic part of a company, it not only safeguarded and maintained staff’s rights and interests, but also acted as organizer and leader in mobilizing and cohering staff to promote corporate development. Led by the Party Committee, Capinfo’s Trade Union had achieved outstanding performances, significantly enhanced corporate centripetal force and staff’s cohesion, and promoted harmonious, healthy and orderly development of Capino.
He also proposed the job requirements for the next five years. Firstly, keep aims of the Trade Union and expectations of the staff in mind. Truly realize, safeguard and create staff’s benefits; mobilize, give play to and protect members and staff’s enthusiasm and creativity; further maintain coordination, communications and unity among staff; keep workers harmonious and stable; strive to protect healthy and orderly development of the company. Secondly, focus on principal jobs to promote innovations and development of Capinfo. Hope that all committee members of the Trade Union act as role models, firmly develop awareness of seizing opportunities, become responsive to markets, accurately position themselves, give play to their strengths, adapt to corporate requirements for development, consciously include the Trade Union’s work in general corporate development, fully cohere staff’s power and wisdom, and promote sound rapid development of the company. Thirdly, attach importance to personal development and create stable harmonious internal environment. Strengthen effective democratic management and supervision of Capinfo; create benefits and do things for staff wholeheartedly, to safeguard their lawful rights and interests to the greatest extent; consistently help staff solve actual difficulties; enhance guidance, services, corporate cohesion and vitality.
At last, Mr. Zhang Yiqian put forward his earnest expectations for the new Trade Union’s committees. He said that correctly led and greatly supported by the former Trade Union, with the leadership and are from leaders of our Party Committee, effectively organized by its leaders, and through joint efforts of our Trade Union’s leaders and staff, our current Trade Union would make new breakthroughs at a good starting point, achieve extraordinary performances in another round of leapfrog development, and lead staff to make due contributions to realizing objectives of the “14th Five-year Plan”.
